  • We are pleased to announce the implementation of the Online Common Pleas Daybook beginning Monday, December 8, 2014. The daybook consists of lis pendens and judgments that have been filed, but are still being processed by the Clerk of Court's Office. The daybook is updated within minutes of a new document being filed. Documents are removed from the daybook once they are indexed into the main system which can be searched by selecting online case search from the navigation menu, located here. The implementation of the daybook will allow anyone running a search to check this resource to see if there is a lis pendens or judgment filed, but waiting to be processed. In the case of the lis pendens, an actual image will be available. The judgment daybook will be a spreadsheet with the defendant's name, the clock date/time and the case number only. If you have any questions regarding the daybook please, email Marsha Long.
