Mission Statement
The Spartanburg County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission is the designated authority and primary service provider for alcohol and drug education, prevention, intervention and treatment programs for Spartanburg County. Primary funds to support these programs come form State sources, as well as fees generated from client services. When Spartanburg County provides supplemental funding for these ongoing services, it is recorded in this department.
