B. F. To consider an Application for special Public Event Exclusion from the Noise Ordinance requested by Goodwill Foundation from 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 10, 2009 until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 13, 2009 for a Construction Theme Park fundraising event at the property adjacent to 395 Abner Creek Road, Greer.
