- An application for permit for special public event exclusion from the Noise Ordinance, reference to the Greer Dragway Shrine Benefit Drag Race scheduled for September 21, 2000, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (exclusion requested as to muffler requirements for two cars).
