Receive information and take desired action in reference to a Resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of an inducement agreement by and between Spartanburg County, SC, and Alcoa Fujikura Ltd., whereby, under certain conditions, Spartanburg County will execute a lease agreement(s) for a project(s) involving not less than $19,000,000 investment (Adopt Resolution).
