Receive information and take desired action in reference to a proposed Resolution authorizing the Execution and Delivery of an Inducement Agreement by and between Spartanburg County, SC, and Waukesha Bearings Corporation whereby, under certain conditions, Spartanburg County will executive a lease agreement for a project involving not less than Ten Million Dollars ($10,000,000) investment.
  2. Discuss and take desired action in reference to Spirit of the Community Award.
