    1. Receive information and take desired action in reference to a request for an Inducement Agreement and Millage Rate Agreement in regard to not less than a $12 million investment by Benore Logistics Systems, Inc. (Adopt Resolution authorizing execution and delivery of inducement agreement.) (Mr. Frank Davis, Attorney, to appear).

B. Receive information and take desired action in reference to a request for an Inducement Agreement and Millage Rate Agreement in regard to not less than a $9,250,000 investment by Raynor USA Southeast Manufacturing Division. (Adopt Resolution authorizing execution and delivery of an inducement agreement). (Mr. Wade Jones, Attorney, to appear).
