Created by Ordinance No. 557 which repealed Ordinance No. 469.  The Members of the Board serving on the effective date if this Ordinance (04/10/95) shall continue to serve in their presently appointed capacities and terms.
Membership:  11 who shall be legal residents of Spartanburg County (6 from Single Member Council Districts & 5 At-Large - 1 shall be a member of the medical staff of the Spartanburg General Hospital System).
