September 11, 2000

 

Spartanburg County Council met on Monday, September 11, 2000, in Conference Room Two County Administrative Office Building. All members of County Council were present, along with Mr. James K. Hartmann, County Administrator; Bill Dennis, Deputy County Administrator; Glenn Breed, Assistant County Administrator, and Mr. Roy McBee Smith, County Attorney

In compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, notice of this meeting was provided in advance to the local news media and other interested parties.

  1. Chairman Floyd called the meeting to order.
  2. Motion by Mr. Horton to waive rules, nominate and appoint Shuford Jack Wiggins to the Chesnee Community Fire District Commission. Motion seconded by Mr. Nutt and carried.
  3. Meeting adjourned.
