Public Safety and Judiciary

The Public Safety and Judiciary Committee of Spartanburg County Council met on Monday, March 20, 2000, Conference Room Two, County Administrative Office Building. The following were present: Honorable Rock Adams, Chairman; along with Frank Nutt and Ken Huckaby, Committee members. Also in attendance were the Honorables Karen Floyd, David Britt, Johnnye Code Stewart, and Jeff Horton Council Members; along with James K. Hartmann, County Administrator; Bill Dennis, Deputy County Administrator; Glenn Breed, Assistant County Administrator; and Roy McBee Smith, County Attorney.
