    1. Chairman Horton called the meeting to order.

    1. Mr. Jeff Caton appeared to provide an update regarding the Cleveland Park Renovation project. They have removed lighting from the tennis courts and playground equipment. They are in the process of removing the booths from the playground area. The contractor is beginning earthwork. The majority of the trees have been removed which are going to be taken out. Progress has been made on the basketball court relocation. An arrangement has been worked at with the Fairground Commission which will allow us to use a portion of their property for relocation of the basketball courts. As soon as the agreement is finalized and gone through legal review, we are ready to proceed.
    2. Mr. Caton stated the fields at the USCS Soccer Complex are still under construction. We have met with USCS officials to discuss some concerns relative to construction. They came up with a plan of action to insure those facilities are developed in a way that will withstand the use we anticipate they will have. They are on target to plant grass in May.

Meeting adjourned.
