All requested agenda items are required to be submitted, in writing, to the Spartanburg County Legislative Delegation office two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled meeting date. Each written agenda item request is to include: title of presentation, presenter’s name, address, and a contact telephone number. All approved agenda items to be addressed will be given a five (5) minute timeframe to include a question and answer period.
