Transportation Enhancement Committee

The Transportation Enhancement Committee is responsible for the selection of enhancement projects based upon type of activity, location of activity, purpose and function of activity, specific requirements and standards, and availability of funds. Eligible Activities and Selection Criteria.

The Enhancement Committee serves as a subcommittee of the SPATS Policy Committee. The Enhancement Committee is responsible for sending any recommended projects to the SPATS Policy Committee for final approval and inclusion in the SPATS TIP (Transportation Improvement Plan).

The Enhancement Committee is comprised of individuals from various fields within the Spartanburg community.
