A Docket Call will be held for ALL Defendants on Monday, July 7, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.  All Defendants must be present unless their presence has been waived by agreement of the Solicitor handling the case and the defense attorney.

 

Defendants listed under Status Conference should be ready to inform the court whether their case is for plea or trial.

 

Non-Jury Matters will be handled following the Docket Call on Monday.  Paperwork for guilty pleas should be prepared in advance of Court.  Defense Attorneys should notify the Solicitor's Office of any additional pleas they want included.

 

The jury panel will report Monday, July 7, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.  Defense attorneys are solely responsible for monitoring court and ensuring that they are present with their clients when the case is called.
