Background

The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) is a U.S. Treasury-funded initiative providing financial assistance for Spartanburg County renters impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. For eligible households, the program offers rental and utility assistance to help Spartanburg County residents avoid eviction and maintain housing stability.
