The Fourth Annual Neighborhood Conference will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the Spartanburg Community College Downtown Campus from 7:30 AM - 1 PM.
This is a free conference that gives citizens the opportunity to learn about how different things such as code enforcement, neighborhood associations fair housing, and more are at work in Spartanburg! This conference is hosted by the Spartanburg County Community Development Department and the City of Spartanburg.

Program Description The Community Development Department is primarily responsible for administering grant funds received for Spartanburg County’s housing and community development needs. The Department provides Housing, Neighborhood Revitalization, Citizen Participation, Economic Development, and other services (planning, project management, assistance to the homeless and other special needs populations, fair housing and handicapped accessibility) to the citizens of Spartanburg County.
