Monitor all County financial operations to insure that all County monies are spent only in accordance with the budget adopted by County Council. Pay all of the County's legal obligations, and payroll. Provide grant administration and coordination for all County departments. Maintain all financial accounting records.
Prepare the County's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report in accordance with the standards of the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada so as to receive that organization's Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting award.
