Spartanburg County Stormwater in partnership with Upstate Forever, SJWD Water District, Clemson Extension, and other local organizations are now offering federal 319 grant funding to assist with agricultural projects which target pollutants of concerns using best management practices, as well as funding to help repair broken septic systems for homeowners in the grant area.
