The State of South Carolina has implemented the new Palmetto Automated Child Support System. As a result, Spartanburg County Clerk of Court’s Office is no longer accepting regular child support payments. Those payments must be made to the South Carolina State Disbursement Unit and mailed to:

You may make a support payment using personal check, cash, or Moneygram or through Electronic Payment from your bank (www.expertpay.com).
You must have your member identification number to make any support payments. You may contact our office to obtain that information.
To discuss payment information, you must call the South Carolina State Disbursement Unit at (800) 768-5858.
To obtain a copy of your payment history, you must come to our office with a state issued photo identification card. The cost is $1.00 per year of information requested.
