The Spartanburg County Clerk of Court’s Office staff cannot make any changes to your child support order/obligation without a court order.
If your case is classified as a DSS case and you need to make changes, you must contact Greenville County Child Support office at (864) 282-4650.
If your case is classified as a private case and you need to make changes, you must either seek an attorney or file the necessary paperwork in our Family Court division. We cannot provide legal advice, which would include but is not limited to explaining how/what/when to file paperwork, how/what/who to serve with paperwork or how to proceed in the courtroom.
