Lynn Bagwell O'Dell faithfully served Spartanburg County for more than 32 years, spending her time helping others. Her aid to veterans was exemplary.
Always demonstrating incredible character, O'Dell was a lady of integrity and touched so many lives.
At our last council meeting, we declared September 20th to be Lynn Bagwell O'Dell Day in Spartanburg County. We presented her family with a Resolution in her honor and in recognition of her lifelong achievements, service, and dedication to our community.
O'Dell is greatly missed by her Spartanburg County family.
