As the nation begins the year-long recognition of the 50th anniversary of the close of the Vietnam War, the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF) has announced The Wall That Heals national tour schedule for 2023.
The Wall That Heals will visit 31 communities across the U.S. during 2023, and we are pleased to announce that The Wall That Heals will be coming to Spartanburg County. We are the only South Carolina community that made the list.
We are even more excited that the exhibit will be here on Veterans Day, as more than 100 communities sought the opportunity to host The Wall That Heals.
The traveling exhibit honors the more than three million Americans who served in the U.S. Armed Forces in the Vietnam War, and it bears the names of the 58,281 men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in Vietnam.
