I have already changed the title of my mobile home into my name, why do I need to come to the Building Codes Office?
We are not linked with the DMV to know that you have changed the title into your name as the new owner; therefore you will need to bring the new title down to our office to do a Change of Ownership Permit. The cost for the permit is $50.
